				BSNP has well trained security personnel, serving in various commercial and industrial establishments in India Recruited after careful screening and testing, our security staffs are well trained and knowledgeable in security systems, handling of security equipment, fire fighting, First Aid and in public relations.




		The trainees undergo intensive training in various aspects of security such as:
		m Security Drill Procedures m Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting m First Aid m Basic Legal Provisions m Handling Telephones m Security Awareness m Operation of Security Systems m Use of Metal Detectors m Frisking and Searches m Public Relations m Checking Movement of Materials In and Out of Stores m Loading and Unloading Procedures m Information and Intelligence Gathering m Perimeter Patrolling These training is followed by a short, 'on the job training' stint at the client's premises.













		At the end of the training, each trainee is evaluated and the successful candidates are inducted into BSNP. Regular refresher training is imparted to the Supervisory BSNP believes in providing well-trained and well molded security personnel, both men and women, to handle any emergency, and to fit perfectly into the status and prestige of any establishment. The company's trained personnel are well equipped to take on responsibilities and assignments, of Security and Loss Prevention Management, efficiently and with confidence.
